The mobile app helps migrants complete immigration documents accurately while reducing confusion and errors. It also connects users with trusted immigration lawyers through a personalized matching system, making legal support more accessible.

Understanding Migrants’ Needs

In-depth research explored the barriers migrants face when completing legal documents, including language gaps, lack of guidance, and limited access to trusted legal support. Interviews and surveys highlighted the need for a streamlined, accessible solution.

We conducted serval research findings to come up with a product including: Cold calls, drop in visits, design design strategy practices, focus groups, interviews, surveys, etc.

Designing Solutions for Accessibility

Findings from research shaped Avanza’s design, emphasizing ease of use, accessibility, and trust. The app guides migrants in accurately completing immigration documents while connecting them with verified lawyers through a supportive, intuitive matching system.
